Is the pool in the villa private?
Yes, the pool is for your exclusive use. Actually, the whole villa is intended for exclusive use, and that includes the kitchen with the jacuzzi and barbecue.
Are pets allowed?
We apologise. Pets are not allowed in the villas, regardless of the size of the pet.
Is there a gym?
We cannot offer you access to the small gym on the premises, but we can recommend you some nearby gyms.
Can I get a massage in the villa?
Yes, we will gladly organise this for you. We have two professional masseuses on the premises who will offer you an exceptional massage (subject to availability).
Is there a SPA in the complex?
Yes, you may reserve directly with the spa.
Can I reserve excursions?
Of course! We are at your disposal to make your stay with us unforgettable.
Is it possible to request an earlier check in and a later check out?
The check in time is 3pm and 11am for the check out. Depending on the availability of the villa, you may be able to check in earlier and check out later. Please consult us.
What is the difference between the villas?
Except La Divina Grecia X which stands out for it’s personalised service at the pool and solarium, as well as in its unique and delicate interior and garden, all the KATIS villas (Divine Greece 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9) are the same in terms of size, distribution of the spaces, facilities and decoration.
Do you offer half-board?
We do not, but the villas dispose of fully fitted kitchens where you can prepare splendid breakfasts, lunches and dinners in front of the pool or on the rooftop terrace.
Can I prolong my stay at KATIS once I’m there?
Depending on availability, it would be a pleasure to prolong your stay with us.
Do you have a cot and high chair for my baby?
Of course, without additional cost. All you have to do is let us know before your arrival and we will arrange these for you in the villa.
How many people maximum can stay in the villa?
A maximum of 6 adults and a child, although the villa is designed to be enjoyed at its best with 2-4 people.
How far away are the beaches?
A five-minute ride by car and you will find the famous beaches of the Corralejo Natural Park. The beaches are incredible, and you will find plenty of space for parking. If you would like us to recommend you a more exclusive beach, contact us and we will reveal you some secrets of the area.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes, a minute’s drive from the villas you will find Mercadona and Lidl. You may also take a walk, of course, if you wish.
Is heating of the pool necessary?
It’s not indispensable to your stay, but it is recommended if you wish to make longer use of the pool, especially if your stay is between November and June.
If I reserve a second time, are there any kind of benefits?
Yes of course. Returning clients at KATIS always have access to new benefits. Lately, we’ve started to offer free heating for the pool, which saves you around 20eur per night’s stay.
How far is the centre?
Corralejos’ main street is just a 3 minutes drive by car or taxi, or 15 minutes by foot.
Are there restaurants near the villa?
During your check-in we will provide you with detailed information on all the restaurants close by.
We would also love to recommend you the restaurants in the Port area and the towns of Cotillo, Villaverde and Tindaya.
Do you offer a transportation service to the nearest beach?
We are always at your disposition to call a taxi which will pick you up from your villa or the entrance of the resort.
How can I get pool heating?
Easy! All you have to do is tell us and you will have pool heating for as little as 20 EUR a day.
You can enjoy your pool at 24-26 degrees which makes the experience much more pleasant and relaxing.
The swimming pools however, are not jacuzzis- in other words, the temperature of the water cannot be comparable to that of a jacuzzi. For this reason, we cannot provide a refund if the temperature is 24 degrees or above.
Do the villas have air conditioning?
Yes, all our villas have air conditioning.
Can I hire a cleaner (at extra cost)?
We believe that enjoying your villa in the same state as if you’ve just arrived will make your stay a more comfortable one. We will confirm you the availability of this service on the day you make your reservation with us.
If you do not wish to have this extra service, you can benefit from a complete clean every 4 days, which is included in the price.
Are there bed sheets and towels in the villa?
Yes, you will find a full bedding and bathroom set in your villa.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, we will provide the for you if you reserve directly with us. This is our way of rewarding our loyal clients.
How far are the villas from the Airport? Can I reserve a private transfer?
The airport at Puerto del Rosario is 38km away (40m by car, approx). We can organise private transfers at a cost of 49 Eur, or help you to hire a car without extra charge.
Do the bedrooms have a connecting door?
Yes, at KATIS we have two villas with a connecting door between the main bedroom and the second bedroom.
Please let us know if you need this feature before reserving and we will do our best to provide it for you.
Are there villas with an artificial lawn in the pool and jacuzzi areas?
Yes, Divina Grecia X has an artificial lawn in the areas surrounding the pool and jacuzzi.
Are there villas with a pool and integrated jacuzzi?
No. At KATIS we have opted for more space and therefore have located the jacuzzi in the solarium in order to create two unique environments where to relax.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the villa?
Yes, all our villas have both. You will find these in the wardrobe of the master bedroom.
Is there a washing machine and dishwasher? A fridge and freezer? An oven?
Yes, all our villas dispose of these appliances in the kitchen. And many more!
Do the villas have a hairdryer?
Yes, in the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, as well as a magnifying mirror.
How many beds are there in the villa?
Our villas - except Divina Grecia 3- have a double bed in the master bedroom, two individual beds in the second bedroom, and a double bed in the third.
Divina Grecia 3 has only two double beds in the master and third bedrooms and a single bed in the second bedroom.
Are the bedrooms of the villa connected?
No, only two of our villas at KATIS have a door which connects the first and second bedrooms. In all the rest, you can only access the bedrooms through the patio. In this way, we offer more privacy and independence to our clients.
